Mike Rankin is the founder and Principal of Relational Advisors, an employee benefit services firm specializing in employee benefits, retirement planning and Human Resources services.
Prior to Relational Advisors, Mike was a Principal with e3 Financial, an employee benefits firm he helped manage and grow, ultimately selling to Arthur J. Gallagher. In addition to his CA Life License, Mike is a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF).
A graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Mike lives in Newport Beach with his wife, Shelly, and their three children.

Jon Warren joined OptumRx in 2012 and has been part of UnitedHealth Group since 2005. He is currently responsible for OptumRx growth, for the UHC and UMR markets in the Western U.S. Prior to joining OptumRx, Jon spent 7 years managing the UMR’s (UHC’s TPA) pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) relationships. Before joining the UHG family, Jon worked for another large PBM, and has been in the industry since 1993.

Casey’s education and background is in accounting, and has spent the last 12 years in the health insurance sector, both on the carrier and consulting side.
